High School Counselor
Aurora High School is thrilled to be adding a permanent fourth counselor starting in the 2024-2025 school year to a Guidance Department currently consisting of three incredibly talented and wonderful school counselors, two guidance secretaries, a separate mental health counselor, a full-time school psychologist and a therapy dog!
Aurora High School’s current enrollment of approximately 950 students in grades 9-12 will provide the four school counselors with a 238:1 Counselor-to-Student ratio, and the team is excited to bring someone in who will enrich the learner-experience while helping contribute to a thriving climate and culture!

The application deadline is Wednesday, April 10, 2024 with a goal of reviewing applications and conducting interviews in the latter half of April in hopes of having an ideal candidate board-approved in May.
